A delegate headed by the dean of College of engineering/University of Zakho, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lokman A. Abdulkareem, along with his colleagues Mr. Obaid and Mr Viyan has carried out industrial visits to Lead Extraction Company in industrial zone of Cashe-Dohuk and Underground Water Directory in Dohuk on 2nd & 3rd April, 2017, respectively. During the visits, the delegate held meetings with their key members, had tours to their various workplaces of their activities, and opened new channels of long-term bilateral relations and agreements with them.
The main objective behind the visits to these crucial interrelated places was to strengthen and develop the linkage between our university and the industry sector and how our future graduate students can utilize from them such as creating opportunities of employments, practical trainings, apprenticeships, researches … etc for them. The receiving company and directory expressed their willing to cooperate with the university.
